LOHRMANN received the mandate to evaluate and sell a 65,000 bpd used oil refinery, located in Western Europe.

The oil refinery was shut down in 2005 and preserved carefully with nitrogen. During its operation, mainly light sweet crude oil types (mostly Brent) were processed. Presently, LOHRMANN's Refinery Business Division is analysing the possibility of increasing the production capacity and optimizing the product output to profitable standards.

Afterwards, the refinery will be ready for dismantling and can be reerected at the new location.

After the finalization of the cost analysis for dismantling, packing, marking and transport, LOHRMANN will offer the refinery on FOB (Free on Board) basis. Potential buyers have the possibility to complete further services on their own or mandate them to LOHRMANN (extension, completion, rebuilding, engineering).

11,500 bpd Platformer (Semi Reg.)

12,500 bpd Distillate Hydrotreater
